At DIAMOND DOTZ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
